All requests for the cancellation of a reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before the transport. If a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled transport, the payment is non-refundable.
If the reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, the entire amount will be refunded to the customer through the same payment method used for the booking. However, the customer will be responsible for covering any bank transaction fees.
