Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup and you receive a full refund. Late cancellations are non-refundable.

60 minutes free waiting time at the airport
For airport pickups we wait 60 minutes after your actual landing time, at no extra charge.

We watch the flights, no worries about delays
We track your flight in real time. If it is delayed, the driver adjusts the pickup automatically.

15 minutes free waiting time at hotels
For hotel and other non-airport pickups, we include 15 minutes of free waiting time from the agreed pickup time.
Extra waiting time after the free period may be charged. Contact us if you expect a longer delay.
