Arrival Instructions

You do not need to search the car park. Your driver contacts you, and you meet at a fixed point.

Before you arrive

• Check that the flight number on your booking is correct. We use it to follow your flight and meet you when you actually land.
• Keep your phone switched on and charged. Your driver reaches you by text message.
• Collect your luggage first. Your driver meets you outside, not inside the terminal.

1. 01

   Heraklion airport

   1. As soon as your flight lands, your driver sends you a text. You do not need to call first.
   2. Collect your luggage, then walk out through the arrivals exit.
   3. Look for your driver holding a phone or tablet with your name on the screen.

   Meeting point: Outside the arrivals exit, in front of Desk 29.

   Parking at Heraklion Airport is limited, so your driver may need to move the car. Stay in front of Desk 29. If you cannot see him, call our customer support and stay where you are.

2. 02

   Chania airport

   1. As soon as your plane lands, your driver sends you a message.
   2. Collect your luggage. When you are ready to leave, reply to that message or call your driver.
   3. He then drives to the terminal to pick you up. Wait at the meeting point so he can find you straight away.

   Meeting point: In front of Gate 6.

   There is no parking at Chania Airport, so your driver cannot wait at the gate. He comes to Gate 6 only after you contact him.

3. 03

   Heraklion port

   1. When your ship docks, your driver sends you a text. You do not need to call first.
   2. Follow the signs to the passenger exit.
   3. Look for your driver holding a phone or tablet with your name on the screen.

   Meeting point: At the passenger exit of the port.

   Stay at the passenger exit. If you cannot see your driver, call our customer support.

For airport pickups, your driver waits up to 60 minutes after your flight actually lands. This waiting time is free.
